Once you have registered for a class, you can click the links in the left menu depending on the mode of your elearning class. The North Seattle Online schedule will indicate the mode of your course.
Many of our elearning courses use Canvas LMS as the Virtual Classroom.
NeLSC provides support for Canvas. This includes managing student accounts, troubleshooting technical problems and orientation help to students new to the courseware.
If your course uses a different learning system such as Moodle, a publisher web site or CD/textbook web site, NeLSC can provide some general technical help, but the best student resource is your instructor or contacting the help desk of the system.
North Seattle's elearning office is available to help our learners with tech support. We want our learners to have the best possible experience with their online learning classes.
